- “OS & Y” type Single Piece Forged Bonnet with Stuffing Box for Packings.
- Body-Bonnet with Tongue & Groove Bolted Joint to prevent Leakage from the Joint.
- Metallic Spiral Wound Gasket for Body and Bonnet Joint for Perfect Sealing.
- Bellow Top welded to Bonnet and Bottom to Valve Plug to prevent entry of Fluids towards Stem.
- Stem Bellow Collar Joint with Valve Plug for Free Rotation (No jamming effects).
- Forged body Specially Designed with Extended Neck Design to accommodate Longer Bellow.
- Bellow is for primary Seal & Back Seat Stuffing Box is for Secondary Seal for “Zero Leakage”.
- Valve Stem with Stub Acme Threads for Low Torque.
- Bellows in “SS 316Ti/ Hastelloy C276/ Inconel 625” for High Temperature as for High Pressure applications.
