- Bonnet and Yoke assembly with Strong Pillars having Open and Close Indicating Rings.
- “OS&Y” Type arrangement in Yoke assembly with Thrust Bearing.
- Body-Bonnet with “Tongue and Groove Joint” to Prevent Leakage from Joint.
- Metallic “Spiral Wound Gasket” for Body & Bonnet Joint for Perfect Sealing.
- Bellow Top welded to Bonnet and Bottom to Valve Plug to prevent Entry of Fluids towards Stem.
- Stem connection with Valve Plug with Precise Tolerance hence “No Jamming effects”.
- Cast Body Specially Designed for Free Flow with “Extended Neck Design” to accommodate Longer Bellow.
- Low Torque as Sleeve supported with Thrust Bearings for “Ease of Operation”.
- Valve Stem with “Stub Acme Threads” for Low Torque.
- Bellow and Valve Trim Parts are in “Hastelloy C276, Monel 400” as Especially Suits for Chlorine Service.
- Long Bellow Design to Suit Bellow Cycle Life (Min 3000 Cycle).
- Indicator Connected to Valve Stem to Indicate Valve in Open or Close Position.
- Valve Design is Generally Comply with Eurochlor Specification “GEST 17/492”.
