NEOM and Zannier Hotels Announce Plans for a Luxury Eco-Resort in Zardun

Zannier Hotels has announced a partnership with NEOM to develop a luxurious eco-resort in Zardun, one of Magna’s prime destinations located in Northwest Saudi Arabia along the Gulf of Aqaba. Overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf, Zannier Zardun will be nestled within a stunning landscape that stretches from majestic mountains to low-lying hills, all the way to the pristine coastal plain.

Zannier Hotels, renowned for creating distinctive hotels and resorts that seamlessly blend with their natural surroundings, is collaborating with NEOM to bring Zannier Zardun to life. This tranquil retreat is designed for discerning guests who seek authentic experiences in a breathtaking natural setting.

The resort will span four square kilometers within Zardun, set in a thoughtfully restored semi-desert landscape teeming with native flora and fauna. It will feature 100 rooms and suites distributed across three architecturally striking signature buildings, each offering a unique and immersive experience.

A uniquely designed experience center will welcome guests through an underground entrance, leading to a 360-degree observation deck that showcases the unparalleled beauty of Zardun. This space will foster a deep connection between guests and the natural world around them.

Guests will have access to transformative experiences, educational programs focused on nature conservation and rewilding, and a variety of sports and leisure activities, including trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, stargazing, meditation, and yoga.

In line with NEOM and Zannier Hotels’ commitment to preserving and enhancing the environment, the resort will also feature a series of lush oases designed to support diverse habitats. These will aid in the reintroduction of native species of animals, trees, and plants, further enriching the natural beauty of the region.
