Deyaar Launches $408 Million Luxury Residential Development in Dubai Production City

Deyaar Development has unveiled Park Five, a luxury residential community in Dubai Production City, with an investment of AED 1.5 billion ($408.4 million).

The first phase will feature the Elm and Ember towers, offering studios, and one- to three-bedroom apartments, according to a statement by the developer on the Dubai Stock Exchange.

Designed with lush greenery and traditional Arabian-style sikkas (pathways), the project will include yoga lawns, outdoor co-working spaces, fitness centers, infinity-edge pools, and children’s play areas.

Phase one of the development is slated for completion by summer 2027.

Earlier this month, Deyaar, in collaboration with Arady Properties, also launched Rivage, a residential project located on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
