Key features/benefits
DRF Type Valves are designed for precise control in drinking water and agricultural irrigation systems. The valve consists of three main components: the Body, Cover, and Diaphragm, ensuring durability and optimal performance under varying conditions.
The reinforced diaphragm of the DRF-type valve eliminates the need for a stabilizing spring to operate over the diaphragm within the control chamber, thanks to its special design. The required spring force is provided by the linear elasticity integrated into the diaphragm’s enhanced design for this purpose.
The use of this special diaphragm eliminates the risk of the valve becoming non-operational due to the wear of the diaphragm over time, which occurs when metal parts such as springs and connecting components operate on the diaphragm within the control chamber.
With fewer moving parts, the risk of potential issues is significantly reduced. valve needs virtually no maintanance by this balanced diaphragm, special coating and less moving body parts.
