Key features/benefits
Flow Control Valves are hydraulic control valves that operate with line pressure and are controlled by a 2-way pilot. Inside the pilot valve, there is a diaphragm sensitive to the differential pressure taken from the outlet orifice, which is designed according to the nominal flow rate. At flow rates below the nominal flow rate, the valve remains fully open. When the nominal flow rate is reached, the differential pressure generated at the orifice positions the pilot, and consequently the valve, in a regulation position that maintains the flow constant.
