Sumou Real Estate Company, based in Saudi Arabia, has announced the signing of a significant contract with Jubail & Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company “JABEEN”. The total value of this project is estimated at 1.3 billion SAR.
The project involves the development of primary and secondary infrastructure, along with the design and construction of 1,104 residential units in Yanbu Industrial City. These residential units will be sold to industrial companies through the housing ownership program managed by JABEEN.
The contract is effective immediately, with a development and implementation period of 36 months, commencing from the date of signing the purchase contracts with the industrial companies.
