Saudi Arabia’s NWC to Award Water Efficiency Project Contract in Q2 2025

Saudi Arabia’s National Water Company (NWC) is set to award a project aimed at enhancing water network efficiency in the Qassim region during the second quarter of 2025, according to a source cited by Zawya.

“The contract is expected to be awarded in April 2025, with project completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2027,” the source told Zawya Projects.

The initiative encompasses hydraulic studies, the implementation of supporting networks, and the replacement of outdated pipelines to reduce technical water losses.

The tender was issued on 20 February 2025, with a bid submission deadline of 5 March 2025
