Italian offshore energy services firm Saipem has secured two offshore projects in Saudi Arabia under its existing long-term contract with Saudi Aramco, the state-owned oil and gas giant.
For the first project, Saipem’s scope of work includes the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) of a crude trunkline approximately 50 kilometers long with a diameter of 42 inches for the Abu Safah field.
The second project involves production maintenance programs for the Berri and Manifa fields.
The total value of the two projects is approximately $500 million, Saipem announced.
