Retal Urban Development Company’s Subsidiary awarded $771.2 million Contract from ROSHN

Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announced that its Subsidiary Building Construction Company Limited signs the contract with Roshn Group related to Development, Design and Build of ALDANAH project Site 1 in Dharan City.

The value of the contract is 2.892 Billion Saudi Riyal.

As per the contract, the company will develop & design the detailed master plan, design & execute the infrastructure, landscape, construct 1962 residential units and public amenities building in ALDANAH project – Dhahran City Site 1 for Roshn Group.

The duration of the contract is 45 months, starting from the date of the land handover from Roshn Group to Building Construction Company.

Earlier, during April 2024, ROSHN launches ALDANAH Housing Project in Dhahran. The Project Cover over 1.7 million square meters, will add more than 2,500 world-class homes to the housing stock of the economic hub of Greater Dammam and will eventually be home to nearly 10,000 inhabitants
