NMDC Energy Extends Long-Term Partnership with Aramco

NMDC Energy PJSC, a subsidiary of the UAE-based NMDC Group PJSC, has announced the extension of its Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with Aramco—marking another key milestone in its strategic expansion across Saudi Arabia.

Under the terms of the agreement, NMDC Energy will continue to deliver a comprehensive range of offshore services, including detailed engineering, material procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and pre-commissioning. These services will support Aramco’s ongoing offshore projects within Saudi territorial waters.

This renewed agreement builds on the foundation laid in 2016, when NMDC Energy first entered into an LTA with Aramco. Since then, the company has contributed to numerous major offshore developments. Further strengthening its presence in the Kingdom, NMDC Energy recently launched a state-of-the-art fabrication yard in Ras Al Khair in early 2025—enhancing its local capabilities and reaffirming its long-term commitment to the Saudi energy market.

Commenting on the extension, Eng. Ahmed Al Dhaheri, CEO of NMDC Energy, stated:
Aramco is a global leader in integrated energy solutions, and NMDC Energy is proud to be a strategic partner aligned with their vision. This long-term agreement not only opens up new opportunities for growth and innovation but also supports Saudi Arabia’s broader economic goals. We are especially committed to strengthening collaboration in key areas such as local procurement and the employment of Saudi talent, ensuring that our projects deliver meaningful value to the Kingdom.”
