Multinational announces investment of R$53 million in Goianésia

In the coming months, the Jalles Machado Group’s industrial park will host the installation of a groundbreaking pilot project, backed by an investment of approximately R$53 million. This initiative, led by the Xamano Group, marks a significant milestone in Brazil’s industrial sector.

The project will focus on producing ammonia from hydrogen, which will then be used in fertilizer manufacturing. “Our goal is to achieve an annual production of 2,600 tons of ammonia at the Goianésia facility,” said Wang. The project aims to develop an economical business model that could potentially be replicated on large farms across Brazil.

The Xamano Group, a multinational company headquartered in Hong Kong since 1976, operates in Brazil across various sectors, including medical, energy, and finance. This new factory in Goianésia will also focus on developing alternative hydrogen-based fuels for buses, trucks, and forklifts, further contributing to Brazil’s transition towards cleaner energy solutions.
