Iraq’s Delta Cement to Install Second MVR Mill for Raw Material Grinding

Gebr. Pfeiffer has announced that Iraq’s Delta Cement will install an MVR mill for raw material grinding at its Line 2, currently under construction in Bazian, Kurdistan. This order, placed through engineering contractor Sinoma Suzhou, follows a previous collaboration.

The new MVR mill, equipped with a 4,400 kW drive, will process 500 tph of cement raw material to a fineness of 12% R on 0.090 mm. Commissioning is expected by the end of this year. Delta Cement is a subsidiary of the Iraqi Kolak Group.
