The Board of Directors of Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited (GHFL) has approved the establishment of India’s first TPU Extrusion plant at Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, with a capital expenditure of ₹118 crore, funded through internal accruals. The plant will have a production capacity of 360 LSF per annum and is expected to be operational by October 2026, with completion scheduled in 18 months.
