Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Company (Fakeeh Care) has awarded two significant construction contracts totaling 86.2 million Saudi riyals (approximately $22.97 million) for new projects in Saudi Arabia.
Advanced Horizons Construction Company (AHC), a subsidiary of Fakeeh Care, has secured an 18.7 million SAR contract with Asas Al-Amar Contracting Company. This contract covers shoring, dewatering, and excavation work for the Masar Makkah Hospital. The project, which will span nine months, will result in a facility with a built-up area of 136,000 square meters, featuring 200 beds, 70 clinics, seven operating theatres, and 36 intensive care units.
In a separate announcement, Fakeeh Care has also signed a 67.5 million SAR contract with AHC for the construction of Obhur Jeddah Hospital. This new facility will cover 8,600 square meters and is planned to include 22 clinics and two day-surgery units. The construction is expected to be completed within 18 months.
Both projects represent a significant investment in expanding Fakeeh Care’s healthcare infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, reflecting the company’s commitment to enhancing medical services in the region.
