Alkhorayef Water Wins $51M Contract with Saudi National Water Company

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company has secured a significant contract from the National Water Company (NWC), valued at 191 million Saudi riyals ($51 million), according to Zawya. The contract includes six blanket purchase agreements aimed at enhancing water and wastewater infrastructure across various regions in Saudi Arabia.

Announced in a statement to the Saudi stock exchange on Thursday, the contract entails Alkhorayef Water installing new water and wastewater connections in Al-Qassim, Hail, Jazan, and the Eastern Region, which covers the North, South, and Central sectors.

The agreements, set to span 36 months, will substantially boost the nation’s water infrastructure. Alkhorayef Water has indicated that further project details will be disclosed in due course.
