Kavaata Valves are high-quality Industrial Valves manufactured by Rajeev and Company. Established in 1996 as a ball valve component manufacturer, the company has grown over the years to become one of the leading manufacturers of Industrial Valves with sales all around the world.

Rajeev and company is part of Rao Enterprises Group. Rao Enterprises was established in 1984 in Belgaum, India as a Textile manufacturing firm, producing Polyester Sarees (A traditional Indian dress). In 1996, Rajeev and Company was established as the group diversified into the field of Engineering and started manufacturing Industrial Valve components such as Balls, Stems and Glands. Rajeev and Company used the latest machining technology in the form of CNC machines, which gave their components superior quality and repeatability. Soon Rajeev and Company became the sought after company for Industrial Valve Components. In 2006, the company diversified into manufacturing Industrial Valves under its own brand name “Kavaata Valves”.

In December 2024, the company successfully completed Backward Integration by setting up an in-house Investment casting unit to reduce the valves’ delivery time and improve the casting quality significantly. The unit manufactures castings for valve production and supplies special castings to customers worldwide.

Our advanced facility combines cutting-edge technology with expert craftsmanship to produce complex metal components with exceptional accuracy, surface finish, and durability.
Investment casting, also known as lost-wax casting, allows for the creation of intricate geometries that are impossible or costly to achieve with traditional manufacturing methods. Whether you’re in aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or any other industry that requires precision components, our new unit is equipped to deliver the highest quality products, reducing waste and enhancing operational efficiency.


At the heart of our investment casting process is a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. From the initial design phase to the final delivery, we work closely with our clients to ensure that every piece meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness. We are maintaining an inventory of ready shells so that the time from the order of valves to delivery is minimized. New product development will benefit from our own capacity to develop dies for castings. We also have a small crucible of just 50 Kg size to produce small batches of castings for valves in exotic metals.
